500 g (1 lb) pork, 1 small onion, 50 g (2 oz) fat, 1 clove garlic; 25 g (1 oz or 2 tbs) paprika, salt, freshly ground pepper, marjoram, 500 g (1 lb) potatoes, 2 small tomatoes, 1 medium green pepper, 200 m1 (7 fl oz) white wine.
Cut the meat into cubes. Heat the fat in the kettle and fry the. finely chopped onion. Add the paprika, meat, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper and a little water. Cook until the meat begins to get tender. Then add the peeled potatoes, cut into cubes, the wine, the sliced green pepper and tomatoes. Continue to simmer until tender and serve immediately.
