Baked carp

Hozzávalók:

800 g (13/4 Ib) sliced carp, 50 g (2 oz) butter, flour, noble sweet paprika, salt.


Elkészítés módja:

Rub the washed slices of carp with salt, then turn in flour seasoned with paprika. Arrange the fish in a buttered fireproof dish and place a knob of butter on each slice. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown and crisp.
